RLS was created by Gary with a clear vision: to build a roofing company founded on quality, craftsmanship and integrity — and to bring that vision to life through every project we undertake.

Gary’s passion for roofing began as a teenager, when he started working with a local roofing company. From early beginnings, he has dedicated himself to learning the trade, developing his skills and building his experience through years of hard work and commitment.

That dedication is reflected in his workmanship today. With a meticulous eye for detail in his work he takes great pride in doing things properly. He does not compromise on quality or integrity, believing that the finished result should be something he can genuinely be proud of.

With many years of experience behind him, Gary particularly enjoys specialist leadwork and has developed a real passion for the craft. He appreciates the precision, skill and attention to detail that quality leadwork demands, and enjoys taking on projects where traditional craftsmanship can make a real difference.

What started as a young boy’s introduction to roofing has grown into a career built on experience, dedication and a genuine passion for the trade — and ultimately into RLS, a company created to reflect those values.
